The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me great tips for getting around. I also loved the location (so central!). The room had a little balcony, a nice bonus.

My single room was quite small. I had booked a single room. (I knew that) but it felt a bit cramped. I found the soundproofing wasn't great.
